Signature Devices Inc. (PINK: SDVI) was up BIG on Friday to  $0.004 on heavy volume following the company’s announcement that its subsidiary released “Windy X Windam” for the Nintendo DS. The 2D fighting game based on a Japanese anime series has now been shipped to retailers in North America.  (PINK:SDVI), (SDVI)

By market’s end, SDVI has given most of that gain back.  I would keep SDVI on your radar for more spikes in the future.  SDVI likes to issue press releases and, with this sub-penny runner, volatility is its middle name.

Micro Imaging Technology Inc. (NDA) (OTC: MMTC) is down 0.84% to $0.0471.  The company announced Wednesday it has entered into an agreement with OSI Systems’ (NASDAQ: OSIS) subsidiary to manufacture its microbial rapid identification system, the MIT 1000.  (OTC:MMTC), (MMTC)

This is a sub-penny with some great news that hardly moved the stock.  I would watch it closely.

LUMINART Corp. (PINK: LUMP) is down 42.59% to $0.0155 on above-average volume of 356,000 shares.  (PINK:LUMP), (LUMP)

This penny stock is a real party!  With no info on pinksheets.com or info on Yahoo Finance, you are taking your chances with this company.  I can’t even find out what they do!

Here is all I can find: Mfg., Sales, Marketing, of Luminart(TM) hardware and software, Luminite gel, Luminbox, and other related products for the digital print and photography industry.

Shot Spirits Corp. (PINK: SSPT) is up 48.00% to $0.0037 following the company’s announcement that its subsidiary has launched a new product aimed at the hospitality industry.  (PINK:SSPT), (SSPT)

This might be a great radar stock.  The stock is highly volatile and looks like it could be at the start of a promo campaign.

SSPT has given trades a triple over the past few days….could there be more to come??

Encounter Technologies Inc. (OTC: ENTI) is down 12.96% to $0.0047.  The company has announced MusicMatrix.com launch information on the “Big Biz Show” with Sully and Russ T Nailz.  (OTC:ENTI), (ENTI)

RMD Entertainment Group (ADR) (OTC: RMDM) is down 33.33% to $0.0002.  The company announced Thursday that its HD Monitoring System, Bayonet model, had successfully completed testing in Qianjiang, Hubei Province.  (OTC:RMDM), (RMDM)
