This Judge granted a consolidation of my Complaint and the Unlawful Detainer case giving me a temporary injunction as well as ordering me to bring my alleged payments current and to continue paying until this matter was settled...that was $25,000 ago and now he signed the ORDER TO DISMISS my entire case based on an "Untimley Filing" of my 4th Amended Complaint...by 6 days!!...I am furious!! The Banks Attorney's have been fighting me with one Demurrer after another questioning my having Standing because the actual loan was in my now deceased husband's name (his credit allowed a much lower interest rate)...my name was on Title however...After going through the Probate Court to prove my position as my husbands representitive, the lawyers picked any mistakes I may have made in Pro Per and hit me with being late on my Amended Complaint....and the Judge granted it with Prejudice....I am furious!!! I filed 2 Motions for re-consideration arguing that the banks attorney's has 3 "untimley filings" in the past 2 years as well and that granting the banks my home, free and clear, is a rather harsh punishment thinking that would put things i prospective, but he didn't care?? Loosing my house to a bank that does not own it, that has been paid off by the Default Insurance at time of default and they wrote it off with a 1099 C and A...I am furious!! The Judge said I need to file an Appeal so now I am in an arena I know nothing about...It appeared he was allowing me to continue through this process but something changed? All of a sudden he was holding my feet to the fire and nothing I could do would bring him to my side.... The Judges are not helping the homeowners and the Lawyers lie...I tld the Judge as I left court yesterday that I had no idea one could lie in Court...I must have been watching too many tv shows!!
